What are the real estate diagnoses for?

Real estate diagnostics were created mainly to inform buyers about the hidden flaws in real estate, but not only, since they also protect sellers from their responsibilities in the event of a defect in housing.

These documents make it possible to assess the fair value of the property, in relation to the + and - of the building as well as

They are, above all, there to examine the property in terms of security.

Note that these real estate diagnoses have an informative value, except for a few cases, the owner has no obligation to do the work.

If you have questions:

How does a diagnosis take place?

How long does the diagnosis take? - It all depends on the accommodation to be visited, but it can range from around thirty minutes for a studio to half a day for a traditional house (or even one or more days for exceptional goods)
