What are the real estate diagnostics for a rental used for?
Real estate diagnostics were created to inform tenants about the security risks of real estate. They also allow landlords to know the problems of their accommodation and thus be able to rent safely.
Note that these real estate diagnoses have an informative value, except for a few cases, the owner has no obligation to do the work.
